SupportYourApp is seeking a T3 Support Engineer to join a integral Intelligent Support-as-a-Service team. You will investigate and troubleshoot escalations across backend services, databases and APIs; reproduce bugs in web and mobile apps; analyze logs; and implement small, safe fixes while documenting findings for Engineering.

This remote role from the EU requires excellent English (C1), strong SQL, PHP and JavaScript/TypeScript skills, and customer-facing experience.
