Job Title: Sales & Events Systems Training Specialist

Job Description

Hyatt is seeking a Sales & Events Systems Training Specialist to lead the implementation, training, and adoption of Envision and other hotel sales and event management systems across Hyatt Inclusive Collection hotels.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct virtual and onsite training for hotel Sales & Events teams.
- Support implementation, configuration, and adoption of sales systems such as Envision and Delphi.
- Develop training materials, presentations, and instructional videos.
- Collaborate with hotel sales leaders, general managers, and integral implementation teams.
- Manage multiple deployment projects and support operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

- 3+ years of hotel experience in Group Sales and Events Management.
- Experience with hotel sales applications and their business impact.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Willingness to travel 50 75% as required.
