- Oversee compliance with tax obligations.
- Determine, calculate, and file federal and state taxes.
- Prepare and review monthly, annual, and informational tax returns.
- Reconcile accounting and tax information.
- Monitor compliance with obligations before the SAT (Mexican Tax Administration Service).
- File the Tax Report (Dictamen Fiscal) and quarterly tax reports (Tax Package).
- Monitor compliance with IMSS obligations and the submission of informational returns.
- Follow up on changes in tax legislation and ensure regulatory compliance.




- Analyze changes in tax regulations and assess their impact on the group.
- Respond to requests, audits, and reviews conducted by tax authorities.
- Maintain up-to-date tax controls and documentation files.

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- 5 years of experience in Tax.
- Advanced Excel and ERP systems proficiency.
- Knowledge of Income Tax (ISR), Value Added Tax (VAT), the Federal Tax Code (CFF), and the Miscellaneous Tax Resolution.
- Knowledge of IMMEX and Safe Harbor regulations.
- Experience using the SAT portal, CFDI (Digital Tax Receipts), and tax filings.
