Jefe de Taller y Especialista Técnico

En Atlas Copco, la Casa de las Ideas, estamos en búsqueda de un(a) Jefe de Taller y Especialista Técnico(a) con fuerte orientación a resultados, enfoque en el cliente y pasión por la excelencia operativa.

Esta posición es clave para liderar la coordinación, planeación e implementación de actividades de mantenimiento, asegurando la calidad del servicio y la satisfacción de nuestros clientes.

Principales responsabilidades

- Brindará soporte de seguimiento y actualización a los programas de mantenimiento por parte de nuestro cliente.
- Configuración, programación equipos de la marca, herramientas de torque controlado, herramientas eléctricas,
- Registrará mensualmente planeado vs ejecutados en los Indicadores de Desempeño.
- Asegurarse de la gestión administrativa del personal técnico y la gestion de operación.
- Revisará el inventario y/ó ordenar partes (según procedimiento interno de la planta).

Perfil requerido

Experiencia

- Mínimo 2 años en posiciones similares.
- Experiencia en liderazgo de equipos técnicos y gestión operativa.
- Capacidad de influencia positiva y orientación al cliente.

Formación académica

- Ingeniería o carrera afín.

Conocimientos

- Microsoft Office.
- Inglés intermedio.
- Programación y configuración de PLC.
- Mantenimiento industrial y herramientas de torque controlado.
