Ensure compliance with product quality standards and customer requirements.

Follow up on defects and failures identified during manufacturing processes and functional testing.

Perform root cause analysis and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.

Manage nonconforming material and ensure the implementation of containment actions.

Monitor quality indicators (PPM, FPY, scrap, and rework).

Participate in internal, external, and process audits.

Prepare and update quality documentation, reports, and failure analysis records.

Provide support to Production and Engineering teams to resolve quality issues.

Address customer complaints and follow up on corrective action plans.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives and defect prevention across electronic manufacturing processes.

Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing.





Experience in failure analysis of electronic components and PCBAs.

Experience in electronic troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

Knowledge of SMT processes and electronic assembly.

Knowledge of IPC-A-610, IPC-A-620, IPC-7711 / IPC-7721, and ANSI/ESD S20.20 standards.

Ability to interpret electrical and electronic schematics.

Experience using electronic measurement instruments.

Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis (RCA), 8 D problem-solving methodology, and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).

Preferred Qualifications Experience in the electronics industry.

Experience with X-ray, SEM, AOI, or failure analysis laboratories. IPC certifications.
