Marelli, Toluca site, is seeking a Production Assembly Supervisor to lead the Assembly team, reporting to the Shop Manager. The role is based at our Toluca office and focuses on achieving production targets with quality and safety in mind.
Idóneo candidates have a Bachelor’s in Engineering, 5+ years in manufacturing (preferably automotive), and strong experience with KPIs, Lean, and continuous improvement. Expect a fast-paced, international environment with growth opportunities.
