Using advanced metals chemistry, you'll help tackle the world's biggest challenges - cutting emissions, powering modern life and supporting life-saving technologies - by applying, refining and recycling metals that matter for a healthier, more sustainable, circular future.**The role:**As a Commercial Finance Business Partner, you will help drive our goals by:* Act as the trusted business partner to the sales team in the American Region, developing a deep understanding of the business and sales operation.* Partnering with sales teams to provide financial insight, challenge and support decision-making across customer accounts* Leading financial planning, budgeting and forecasting activities for the commercial function* Analysing performance trends and translating data into actionable insights to improve profitability and cash delivery* Supporting the development and evaluation of business cases, commercial proposals and pricing decisions* Driving collaboration between finance, sales and operations to ensure alignment on performance and targets* Embedding strong financial controls and ensuring compliance across commercial activities**Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:*** Experience in a finance business partnering role within a complex or global organisation* Strong financial analysis,
