Do you enjoy helping people grow and seeing the results in their day-to-day work? We are looking for a Training Coordinator to own our training and development strategy from start to finish: from identifying what our people need to learn, to measuring whether it made a difference. You will play a key role in building a culture of learning and continuous development, while keeping our training processes aligned with legal, regulatory, and quality requirements.

Your scope

Training strategy and planning
- Detect training, onboarding, and development needs across all areas of the organization.
- Define training objectives and manage the training budget.
- Build and run the Annual Training Program.

Program design and delivery
- Create and implement training and development programs.
- Select, develop, or acquire the materials each program requires.
- Coordinate and facilitate courses, including onboarding and orientation for new hires.
- Partner with external providers, educational institutions, and consultants to grow the course catalog.

Measurement and compliance




- Track training effectiveness through performance indicators and follow-up.
- Keep training records and databases accurate and audit-ready.
- Register training programs with the corresponding authorities.
- Review and validate training-related SOPs.
- Uphold the quality management and environmental requirements that apply to the role.

Culture and engagement
- Contribute to initiatives that strengthen organizational culture and employee engagement.

The profile we're looking for

You hold a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a similar field, and you bring at least 3 years of hands-on experience in training and development. You speak advanced English and feel confident delivering training and presentations in it.
