As a T&E; Analyst, you will be part of the regional MGS-Finance T&E; team, providing high-quality support and operational service to new business units across the Americas. Working closely with transactional partners and internal stakeholders, you will ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and process efficiency. Your role is key to maintaining the integrity of our expense operations and supporting our associates, directly impacting our business's financial health and operational excellence.

What We're Looking For





Essential Requirements (What is indispensable to start)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related Business field.
- 1 to 3 years of proven experience in Accounts Payable (AP), General Accounting, or Auditing, preferably within a Integral Shared Services (GSS) environment.
- Advanced proficiency in both verbal and written English.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, expense processes, and internal controls.
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including vlookups, pivot tables, and data analysis.
- Familiarity with financial ERP software and expense management systems.

Desirable Requirements (These will be considered a plus, but you can learn with us)
- Direct experience with Travel & Expense (T&E;) processes and systems is a plus, but not mandatory.
