Role Summary And Impact
As part of the General Operations Centre (GOC),



you will work closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment.
We are looking for a Manager, Business Intelligence who will:
- Serve as a core partner to local Business Intelligence teams, leading reporting deliverables and supporting marketing efficiency through reliable data management and analytics.
- Develop, update, and maintain dashboards and visualizations, ensuring accuracy, functionality, and timely resolution of issues and enhancement requests.
- Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly, and campaign wrap-up reports, using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Looker to present data clearly and accurately.
- Extract data from multiple media platforms and perform data hygiene, quality control, and validation.
- Conduct rigorous daily and weekly data quality assurance, investigating and resolving discrepancies across reporting deliverables.
