Role Overview We are looking for a Sales Leader to own and build Happy Robot's commercial business in Mexico. You will start as a player-coach: closing the first enterprise deals yourself while hiring and leading the team that scales the market. You will set the sales culture, run the region with rigor on forecast,



pipeline and execution, and engage directly with C-level buyers. You will report to the Head of Lat Am and work closely with Sales Engineering, Customer Success and Product.
What You'll Do Commercial Leadership: Own the Mexico revenue number and oversee all commercial activity in the market.
Hands-on Selling: Lead strategic enterprise deals and complex negotiations from first conversation to close.
Team Building & Management: Hire, onboard, coach and manage a high-performance sales team in Mexico, and set the standard for how we sell.
Forecast & Pipeline Rigor: Run forecasts, pipeline reviews and deal reviews with discipline, using data to drive decisions and hold the team accountable.
Executive Engagement: Build relationships with C-level buyers across large Mexican and multinational enterprises.
