What You’ll Do - Own a lead queue of U. S. accounts to contact by phone, text, or email to set up payment arrangements. Negotiate payment plans and settlements that get results while treating every customer with respect Handle inbound and outbound calls with confidence, using active listening and smart call control Respond to customer texts and emails with professionalism, speed, and flawless spelling and grammar Resolve problems and de-escalate conflicts like a pro Collaborate with a specialized, tight-knit collections team Meet — and beat — monthly collection goals and KPIs Work in full compliance
