Description

The Head of Talent Acquisition will build and lead the function responsible for bringing exceptional engineering, data science, clinical, and business talent to Verily. Reporting directly to the CHRO,



you will own the global talent strategy, system architecture, workforce planning alignment, and employer brand strategy that will enable us to deliver on a mission of more personalized and precise healthcare.

Responsibilities
- Build and scale a talent acquisition function that supports Verily's hiring needs across engineering, clinical, and business teams.
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for executive leadership roles, partnering directly with Verily's C-suit on sourcing strategy and candidate selection.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership and HR Business Partners on org design and talent management.
- Partner with Marketing to design and refine employer branding initiatives that position Verily as a destination for top talent in health tech.
- Lead and mentor a integral recruiting team, setting standards for best-in-class candidate experience and talent acquisition best practices.
