The opportunity We're building our next B2 B Saa S venture in the insurance space in Mexico — a vast, offline industry that's wide open for an AI-native software layer. It's a category-defining opportunity in one of the country's largest and least-digitalised markets, and we're looking for an exceptional founder to build it from the ground up.
As a founder, you'll be in the driving seat — launching and leading your own company. We invest in you and act as your co-founding partners, equipping you with strategic,



financial and operational support across every key area (Product, Tech, Growth, Data, Legal, Finance, Business Development, Fundraising and Talent) so you can go from 0 to 1 faster and with less risk.
As a CEO & Co-Founder, you will be responsible for Defining and driving the company's vision, strategy and business plan, in alignment with the Board.
Building a repeatable, scalable go-to-market and sales motion, landing lighthouse customers and owning ARR growth.
Building, leading and motivating a strong founding team, and setting the culture from day one.
Leading fundraising end-to-end: telling the story, running the process and closing investors.
Owning the P&L; and capital strategy — financial structure, runway and strategic priorities.
Leading the digitalisation of a large, underserved corner of the insurance industry — the core of the product.
Building trust with key customers and stakeholders, and acting as the
