Join our Finance team and play a key role in strengthening internal controls, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting financial integrity across our organization.
We are looking for an experienced Internal Control Accountant who is passionate about governance, risk management, and continuous improvement.What You'll Do:Lead and coordinate Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance activities and internal control initiatives.Maintain and update internal control narratives, risk assessments, and control matrices.Partner with internal stakeholders and external auditors to support annual audit requirements.Administer segregation of duties (SOD) controls and financial system access.Execute internal audits and support corporate compliance objectives.Manage key accounting and finance processes, including intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and financial reporting controls.Oversee travel and expense processes, corporate credit card administration,



and banking documentation.Support statutory and regulatory reporting requirements.Contribute to process improvement initiatives and Kaizen activities.What We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA preferred)3+ years of experience in Internal Controls, Accounting, Audit, or a related Finance roleStrong knowledge of:SOX compliance and internal control frameworksFinancial auditing processesMexican and U.S. accounting standardsAdvanced Excel and ERP systems (QAD experience is a plus)Advanced English proficiencySuccess in This Role:We're looking for someone who is:Detail-oriented and highly organizedAnalytical and solution-focusedComfortable working across multiple departmentsStrong in communication and relationship buildingProactive and action-oriented4Why Join Crane?
