The Role The OEX Master is responsible for enabling and developing Operational Excellence capabilities across the plant by implementing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, leading strategic improvement initiatives, and driving a culture of continuous improvement.
This role serves as a coach, facilitator, and change agent, ensuring Operational Excellence systems are effectively deployed and sustained at all levels of the organization.
What You'll Do (Impact Areas) Operational Excellence Deployment Lead the implementation and sustainment of Operational Excellence systems and CMS 2.0 principles across the plant.
Ensure employees at all levels effectively utilize Operational Excellence tools and methodologies.
Drive organizational transformation through continuous improvement practices and capability development.
