Advanced Manufacturing Engineer (NPI) (mid level)
Responsible for the
quoting, development, and implementation of new projects
, ensuring cost-effective, capacity-driven, and technologically advanced solutions. Full-time focus on project management, implementation, and achieving objectives within established timelines and budgets.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in
Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
3 years of experience in manufacturing, NPI, or process engineering
(automotive industry preferred)
Experience in
manufacturing process costing and quotations




Knowledge of
APQP, PFMEA, line balancing, and plant layout design
Advanced English proficiency (required)
Responsibilities
Lead
process implementation
from prototype phase through production launch (NPI / SOP)
Develop and quote
production lines
for new projects
Prepare quotations for
tooling, machinery, and required resources
(operators, floor space, layout, etc.)
Participate in the
procurement and implementation of equipment and manufacturing processes
Drive the development of
new technologies and process improvements
(with a focus on heat shields)
Develop and maintain process documentation (PFD, PFMEA, Control Plan, work instructions)
Perform continuous analysis to
optimize cost, efficiency, and production capacity
Identify and implement technical alternatives to improve processes and advance the state of the art in manufacturing operations.
