A Snapshot of Your Day You will serve as the primary business-facing interface for the digitalization team, driving the vision for new solutions. You will focus on three core areas: defining the product strategy and managing the development backlog, translating business needs into technical requirements while acting as a bridge between finance and engineering, and overseeing the end-to-end delivery and adoption of new digital solutions.
How You’ll Make an Impact Product Strategy & Backlog Management Translate FP&A; strategy into a prioritized product roadmap and backlog, focusing on business value and strategic objectives. Define and articulate the product vision, user stories, and acceptance criteria for new automation and digitalization initiatives. Act as the primary point of contact for new feature requests into the digitalization team, analyzing underlying problems to propose innovative solutions. Prioritize the product backlog continuously to ensure the development team is working on features that deliver the most value to the business.



Stakeholder Engagement & Business Process Translation Act as the 'bridge' between finance business stakeholders and the engineering team to foster mutual understanding and alignment. Engage with stakeholders across Function Controlling to gather requirements, ensure consensus on solutions, and manage expectations. Analyze and map core Function Controlling processes, including forecasting, reporting, and cost allocation, to identify opportunities for digital transformation. Lead stakeholder workshops and communication efforts to keep the organization aligned on product development, release schedules, and new functionalities. Solution Delivery & Governance Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), quality gates, training, and support frameworks to ensure successful product deployment and adoption. Champion the use of automation and AI solutions while maintaining a balanced view of their benefits and limitations for the finance fun
