In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for all functions within the Reciente Laredo facility, ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer requirements, and Emerson values. Lead and develop a high-performing organization that promotes collaboration, continuous learning, inclusion, accountability, and employee engagement. Coach and support leaders across the site by establishing clear expectations, fostering professional development, and building organizational capability and succession pipelines. Champion a culture of safety, integrity, quality, and operational excellence across all levels of the organization. Drive manufacturing performance to achieve customer commitments, production targets, quality objectives, and on‑time delivery goals across domestic, international, and intercompany operations. Develop and execute operational plans that optimize capacity, scheduling, resource allocation, and manufacturing efficiency. Partner with commercial, customer service, engineering,



and global functional teams to resolve customer challenges and enhance overall customer satisfaction. Lead operational readiness and execution for product transfers, new product introductions, and other strategic initiatives. Own the site's profit and loss performance, including the development and execution of annual operating plans, budgets, forecasts, and cost improvement initiatives. Drive productivity, profitability, and sustainable cost competitiveness through effective manufacturing, purchasing, inventory, and resource management strategies. Monitor operational and financial performance metrics and implement actions that support growth, margin improvement, and business objectives.
