Essential Responsibilities Lead daily quality assurance activities across manufacturing operations to ensure compliance with quality requirements and standards. Supervise, coach, and develop Quality Inspectors to ensure consistent inspection practices and effective execution of quality controls. Monitor manufacturing processes and product quality performance through data analysis and key quality metrics. Support implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) and compliance with applicable ISO standards. Lead investigations related to nonconforming products, customer complaints, and internal quality issues. Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions using structured problem-solving methodologies. Review and analyze quality data, inspection results, process capability studies, and statistical trends to identify improvement opportunities. Partner with Manufacturing and Engineering teams to improve process capability and reduce defects. Support internal audits, external audits, and customer quality requirements. Promote a culture of quality,



compliance, and continuous improvement throughout the organization. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related technical field where experience can be proven on the field. Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, or Manufacturing Quality. Experience supervising or leading quality personnel in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and ISO 9001 requirements. Understanding of statistical analysis, process capability, SPC, and quality improvement methodologies. Experience conducting root cause analysis and corrective action processes. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production environments. English reading and technical document comprehension required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quality reporting tools.
