Job Summary

El Técnico en Ingeniería de Procesos estará ubicado en Guadalajara Norte. Brindar soporte técnico a las líneas de producción mediante el monitoreo, control y mejora de los procesos de manufactura, asegurando el cumplimiento de los indicadores de calidad, productividad, seguridad y entrega al cliente

Aquí hay algunos ejemplos de las actividades que estarás realizando:

- Mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo y verificaciones funcionales
- Atención de fallas de Smart Stations en líneas de producción y reducir tiempos muertos.
- Apoyar en la configuración, validación y liberación de recetas de atornillado.
- Monitorear el desempeño de estaciones y asegurar el cumplimiento de parámetros de proceso
- Documentar incidencias, causas raíz y soluciones implementadas.

Habilidades indispensables para el rol:

- Carrera técnica o ingeniería en Mecatrónica, Electrónica, Automatización, Mantenimiento Industrial o afín.
- Conocimientos de torque, ángulo, presets, programación y configuración de herramientas.
- Conocimientos en herramientas de atornillado inteligente, preferentemente Ingersoll Rand.
- Manejo básico de redes industriales, Ethernet, Bluetooth y software de diagnóstico.
- Capacidad para interpretar procedimientos técnicos y documentar acciones correctivas.




- Experiencia previa en diagnóstico de fallas eléctricas, electrónicas, mecánicas y de comunicación.
