Bluelight is seeking a Business Analyst to translate business problems into clear, buildable requirements. You’ll sit between clients, product teams, and engineers, running discovery, mapping processes, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, and ensuring delivered work solves the intended problem.
You’ll work across client builds and maintenance, shaping scope and estimates for new projects while collaborating with product, UI/UX, and QA teams in a fast-paced consultancy environment.
