Job Description
Reporting to the People & Culture team, the Training Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing the hotel's training and talent development strategies, as well as coordinating internal employee events that strengthen our culture, foster engagement, and create a strong sense of belonging.

We are looking for a passionate people developer with strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and proven experience in the luxury hospitality industry.





Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement the hotel's annual training plan.
- Develop and deliver onboarding, operational training, and leadership development programs.
- Ensure compliance with the brand's service and training standards.
- Identify training needs through assessments, performance reviews, and organizational analysis.
- Coordinate and oversee training activities across all hotel departments.
- Develop and coach leaders to strengthen their leadership and team management skills.
- Measure the effectiveness of training programs through relevant performance indicators and KPIs.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, employee engagement, and professional development.
- Coordinate training initiatives related to quality, safety, and service standards.
