Tilt is seeking a Senior Credit Manager for Mexico to own the day-to-day credit performance of our cash-advance product. You will set policy, tune pricing, and manage repeat-loan progression while balancing growth and profitability.
You will model unit economics, run experiments, monitor vintage performance, and collaborate with Data Science to productionize risk models. English fluency required; Spanish a plus. Remote with travel twice yearly.
