We are currently seeking a Software Development Specialist to join our team in GUADALAJARA, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).
Overall 6-9 years of relevant experience in application Maintenance and Support with L2 role Hands-on Unix/Linux, SQL (Sybase, Snowflake, or Oracle etc.), and Object-Oriented Programming (Python, Java, etc.)
Excellent communication, cross-functional collaboration, and crisis management abilities
End-to-end incident ownership, Root Cause Analysis, and coordinating fix proposals with AppDev/L3 teams
Practical experience utilizing AI models or GenAI/LLM tools for log analysis, debugging, and support automation
Strong in writing SQL queries.AWS knowledge and minimum hands on is preferableKnowledge on any other scripting/Coding languages – preferably JavaDetails:Actively provide support for resolution of L2 issues with detailed analysis.Also help with code fixes and rigorous testing where requiredGood knowledge of Unix, SQL and scripting languagesWork on supporting Product servers and clients on cutting-edge platforms.Contribute to our continuous improvement and continuous delivery Continually focus on enhancing the performance of the applicationsWork effectively in collaboration with other team membersProvide technical feedback and support to Development teams Perform detailed RCA of issues in production, and implement corrective actions Validated collaboration and communication skills, being able to lead in a global environmentHands-on Unix/Linux, SQL (Sybase, Snowflake, or Oracle etc.),
