Temporary position with potential for permanent employment , based on performance and business needs.

We are looking for a talented professional with experience in Foreign Trade and Import/Export Operations , with strong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.

- Follow up on temporary and permanent import and export operations.
- Prepare, review, and maintain foreign trade documentation.
- Monitor and reconcile physical inventory against system records.
- Follow up on customs entries, receipts, shipments, returns, and changes in customs regime, as applicable.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies between documentation, records, and physical inventory.
- Maintain databases and internal controls related to operations and inventory.
- Coordinate information with Warehouse, Materials, Purchasing, Production, Finance, Quality, suppliers, and carriers.




- Support internal and external audits and ensure proper traceability of operations.
- Prepare reports and metrics related to foreign trade operations.

Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade, Customs, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in foreign trade, import/export, customs, or international logistics.

Knowledge of customs entries, IMMEX, customs documentation, and inventory control.

Intermediate Excel skills and experience using ERP or foreign trade systems.

Advanced English proficiency , with strong communication skills.

Strong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
