Your Mission

You will be responsible for coordinating international air and ocean import and export shipments, ensuring efficient operational execution, process compliance, and an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate end-to-end air and/or ocean import and export operations.




- Monitor international shipments and provide consistent operational visibility.
- Collaborate with customers, international agents, airlines, ocean carriers, and logistics providers.
- Review and validate shipping and international trade documentation.
- Track operational milestones and ensure compliance with service level agreements.
- Investigate and resolve operational issues while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
- Provide proactive communication to internal and external stakeholders regarding shipment status.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization efforts.

Qualifications

- 1 to 3 years of experience in Freight Forwarding.
- Experience managing air and/or ocean import and export shipments.
- Knowledge of international logistics processes and trade documentation.
- Experience coordinating with carriers, international agents, and logistics service providers.
- Strong customer service orientation and operational follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities simultaneously.
- Basic to intermediate English proficiency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Experience with CargoWise or similar.

Education

1. Bachelor’s degree in:

- International Business
- International Trade
- Business Administration
- Transportation or related field
