We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative with advanced English proficiency and experience in customer service, user support, or technical assistance. The ideal candidate will provide professional customer support, respond to inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate assistance.
Support users with servicerelated questions and basic troubleshooting.
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Document customer interactions and follow established service procedures.
Maintain professional communication and highquality customer service standards.

Requirements
English proficiency C1 Advanced mandatory.
Previous experience in customer service, call centers, user support, or technical support.




Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Problemsolving skills and a customerfocused approach.
Ability to work onsite in Chapultepec, Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City.

Compensation and Schedule
Hourly rate 96 MXN
40 working hours per week.
Two days off per week.
