About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Executive assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Operations Director across multiple manufacturing facilities. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by managing executive schedules, coordinating plant events,



organizing customer visits, overseeing fleet-related services, and supporting leadership initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
As an Executive assistant , you'll be responsible for:
- Managing the Operations Director’s calendar, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
- Coordinating leadership and employee engagement events, including holiday celebrations, integration activities, and management meetings.
- Organizing customer visits and ensuring all logistics are executed professionally and efficiently.
- Coordinating catering, coffee breaks, lunches, and other hospitality services for plant leadership activities.
- Overseeing maintenance schedules and service coordination for the company fleet, including vehicles assigned to plant leadership.
