Position Summary
We are seeking a highly capable Sales Technology & CRM Administrator to own, administrator, optimize, and continuously improve our sales technology ecosystem.

The adecuado candidate combines strong CRM administration expertise with sales operations knowledge, workflow automation, data management,



reporting, dashboard development, and system integration capabilities.

This is not simply a system maintenance role. We are looking for someone who can understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technology solutions that improve seller productivity, pipeline visibility, data quality, and management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
1. CRM & Platform Administration
- Manage users, roles, profiles, permissions, licenses, teams, territories, and access controls.
- Configure CRM objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, lead statuses, opportunity stages, and other system configurations.
- Manage platform configurations and ensure systems remain aligned with evolving sales processes.
- Monitor system utilization, adoption, data integrity, and platform performance.

2. Salesforce & HubSpot Optimization
- Configure and maintain lead, contact, account,
