Role Description The Travel Advisor is a full-time, on-site or hybrid role based in Mexico City. In this position, the Travel Advisor will design and manage customized travel itineraries across Mexico for agencies and individual travelers, ensuring a seamless end-to-end experience. Daily responsibilities include handling travel inquiries, preparing proposals, booking and confirming services such as accommodations, transportation, and activities, and coordinating with local suppliers and partners. The role also involves maintaining clear communication with clients, monitoring trip logistics and resolving issues that arise before or during travel.



The Travel Advisor will work closely with internal teams to uphold service standards, optimize processes, and contribute to the development of new, culturally rich travel products.
Qualifications
• Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction.
• Excellent Communication abilities, both written and verbal, in professional travel-related contexts.
• Proficiency in Travel Arrangements, such as booking accommodations, transport, tours, and managing itineraries.
• Professional proficiency in English (100% of clients interactions are in english); additional languages are an advantage.
• Knowledge of Mexican destinations, culture, and tourism products, or willingness to learn quickly.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
