Role Description This part-time Videographer role at Casa Arifia is a hybrid position based in Mexico City, Mexico, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. The Videographer will be responsible for planning and executing video shoots, including setting up equipment, coordinating scenes, and capturing high-quality footage that aligns with creative and brand goals. Daily tasks include collaborating with creative and marketing teams, preparing shot lists, adjusting lighting and camera settings, and ensuring smooth production workflows. The role may also involve basic editing and file management, maintaining equipment, and contributing ideas to improve visual storytelling across digital channels.
Qualifications

• Strong video production skills, including planning shoots and managing the full production process.
• Proficient camera operation and familiarity with different camera types and settings.




• Hands-on experience with lighting setups and techniques for indoor and outdoor shooting.
• Ability to shoot video effectively in various environments, ensuring stable, well-composed footage.
• Basic post-production skills (e.g., editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
• Attention to detail, strong visual storytelling ability, and a creative approach to content creation.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Reliable time management and ability to work within deadlines in a part-time, hybrid environment.
• Previous experience in videography, film, media, or related fields; portfolio or reel demonstrating past work is preferred.
