Role Description The Commercial Support Specialist is a full-time, remote role responsible for supporting the commercial, sales, and finance activities of Delta Cloud Consulting. On a day-to-day basis, this role assists with preparing and reviewing proposals, quotes, and contracts; tracking sales opportunities; and maintaining accurate records in CRM and related systems. The specialist responds to client inquiries, provides timely and professional customer service,



and coordinates with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and account management. This role also supports basic financial tasks such as monitoring billing status, compiling reports, and identifying discrepancies or trends in commercial data. The Commercial Support Specialist works closely with sales and operations teams to improve processes, share insights from customer interactions, and help ensure a consistent, positive client experience.
