About the Role
Hidden Leaf Baja is looking for a Retreat Sales & Growth Consultant to support retreat leaders in turning their ideas, audiences, and marketing efforts into retreat bookings.

We support retreat leaders who come to Hidden Leaf Baja and help them plan and host their retreats. While we manage the venue, planning, logistics, and other aspects of bringing their retreat to life, many of our clients need guidance on one of the most important part of the process: selling the retreat.

We're looking for someone who understands how to sell high-consideration experiences and can help retreat leaders build a practical, effective sales process for their specific retreat.

Depending on the client's needs, this role could range from consulting and training to hands-on sales support, including lead follow-up and converting prospective guests into bookings.

What You'll Do
Your role will be tailored to each retreat leader, but may include:

Sales Coaching & Training




• Teach retreat leaders how to confidently sell their retreat and communicate its value.
• Help clients develop their sales messaging and approach.
• Provide guidance on sales calls, discovery conversations, DMs, email outreach, and follow-up.
• Help clients anticipate and respond to common objections around price, timing, commitment, travel, and value.
• Provide practical sales tools such as scripts, follow-up frameworks, FAQs, and qualification questions.

Sales Strategy
• Evaluate a retreat's offer, audience, pricing, positioning, and existing sales process.
• Develop a sales strategy based on the retreat's goals, target guest, timeline, and audience.
• Help identify the most effective channels for generating qualified leads.
• Build or improve the journey from initial interest to confirmed booking.
• Establish realistic sales goals, timelines, and conversion targets.

Lead Conversion
• Help clients understand how to identify and qualify potential
