About the Role
We are looking for an Intermediate Technical Test Analyst to join an Agile team and support quality assurance, functional testing, and requirements analysis activities within SAP-related projects.
The Technical Test Analyst will work closely with Senior team members, participating in planning and estimation activities, defect management, test execution, and quality initiatives.
This role will also provide guidance and support to Junior team members and participate in meetings with business users and clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Guide the team in overall quality initiatives and testing activities.
• Analyze system specifications and user stories to design and develop test cases.
• Proactively identify risks during pre- and post-sprint activities.
• Design, create, and execute manual test cases using appropriate QA techniques.
• Identify, document, track, and ensure the proper resolution of defects.
• Escalate critical and showstopper defects that may impact development.
• Recommend solutions or workarounds for defects when appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with established quality processes.
• Estimate testing effort for user stories from a QA perspective.
• Manage and report on assigned test case coverage.
