As part of our expansion and new corporate office opening, we are looking for a professional and service-oriented Receptionist to be the face of our organization.

Purpose
Support the Aftersales Service area by reviewing, validating and processing warranty claims submitted by dealers, ensuring each claim complies with Soueast Motor México warranty policy and procedures. The position verifies technical documentation (repair orders, diagnoses, parts and labor), keeps accurate claim records in Excel and in the warranty system, and communicates results to dealers in a timely way. Expected results are accurate and timely claim processing, low error and rejection rates, and complete, up-to-date records. This is an entry-level position designed for a recent automotive engineering graduate who will learn the warranty process, and the technical-administrative judgment it requires, from the ground up.





Position Tasks and Responsibilities

• Receive and review warranty claims submitted by dealers, verifying that they meet warranty policy, coverage period/mileage and documentation requirements.
• Validate technical information of each claim (vehicle system/subsystem, failure description, diagnosis, repair performed, parts replaced and labor time) for consistency and correctness.
• Approve, reject or return claims for correction, documenting the reason and communicating the result to the dealer clearly and on time.
• Capture and keep claim data up to date in the warranty system and in Excel control files (claim status, amounts, parts, failure codes, dealer, VIN).
• Prepare periodic warranty reports (claims by model, system, failure code and dealer; processing times; rejection reasons) and share them with the Aftersales team.
• Identify repeated failures and unusual patterns by system/subsystem and escalate them to the
