Architectural Technical Designer – Remote | LATAM
We are looking for an experienced Technical Designer to join our international team. This role is adecuado for a detail-oriented professional with strong technical expertise who can translate design concepts into accurate, coordinated, and construction-ready documentation.

Responsibilities
• Develop detailed architectural construction documents: plans, elevations, sections, details, and schedules.
• Coordinate architectural, MEP, structural, civil, millwork, and equipment information.
• Independently and collaboratively review drawings for accuracy, code compliance (US-based), constructability, and consistency.
• Incorporate client and consultant comments into project documents.
• Support projects from Design Development through Construction Administration.
• Collaborate remotely with multidisciplinary teams across different countries and time zones.

Requirements
• Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.




• Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Working knowledge of SketchUp, Bluebeam, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of interior and exterior commercial detailing, construction methods, materials and documentation strategies with a focus on US-based standards.
• Ability to coordinate architectural and engineering drawings.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working on US-based projects, knowledge of US codes and standards, and ability to work easily in the Imperial system is highly desirable.
• Relevant experience in Retail, Quick-Service Restaurants (QSR), or large-format retail (“Big Box”) projects is highly desirable.

Contract Details
• This is a remote, full-time position, with an independent consultant contract. Open to professionals located anywhere in Latin America.
