REQUIREMENTS:
• Degree: Engineering
• 10-year experience as a Production Supervisor
• Metalmechanic Processes Experince
• Able to work on 2nd SHIFT
• Lean tools (VSM, line balancing, Kaizen, etc.)
• Six sigma (8D or similar)
• Familiarity with BOMS and blueprint interpretation
• Understanding of federal labor law
• 80% English Prefered
