JOB SUMMARY: The Inside Sales Specialist ensures operational continuity by coordinating customer demand, order execution, logistics, customs, invoicing, and delivery activities while providing complete visibility across multiple stakeholders to achieve customer satisfaction and business objectives.
KEY REPONSABILITIES:
Practical/Technical Skills
• Create and maintain customer quotations, create customer orders in ERP systems.
• Review and validate customer purchase orders against approved pricing, terms, and commercial agreements.
• Create machine orders, item masters, and customer master data updates.
• Submit and monitor purchase orders with suppliers and intercompany partners.
• Resolve order discrepancies before release to fulfillment, ensure order accuracy and prevent duplicate demand.
Logistics & Fulfillment Coordination
• Coordinate shipments between intercompany locations, warehouses, carriers, and customers, proactively communicate shipment updates.
• Review and consolidate picking lists and shipment breakdowns.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipping activities.
• Ensure alignment between physical product movement and supporting documentation.
Customer Support & Account Management
• Serve as the primary liaison with customs brokers
