We are currently looking for a: Commercial Planning Analyst

The Commercial Planning Analyst is responsible for developing and executing strategic commercial plans that align with business objectives. This role involves conducting market analysis, sales forecasting, and performance monitoring to optimize commercial operations. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance sales processes, identify growth opportunities, and support decision-making through data-driven insights.

What will you do?
• Analyze Sell-Out by channel, customer, category, brand, and SKU.
• Identify trends, growth, declines, and variances versus the previous year, Budget, and Forecast.
• Prepare weekly and monthly Sell-Out estimates.




• Explain the main variances between Forecast and Presente results.
• Incorporate factors such as seasonality, promotions, pricing, distribution, and commercial events into the estimates.
• Monitor and track planned versus executed promotions.
• Measure promotional impact and uplift.
• Analyze the company’s and competitors’ pricing.
• Evaluate the impact of price changes on volume and value.
• Develop dashboards and commercial tracking tools.
• Identify risks and opportunities proactively.
• Turn data into actionable insights and recommendations for Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Commercial Planning.
• Business Understanding: Work with cross-functional teams to understand the business and make appropriate recommendations on how to use forecasting analytics to address business needs.
