We are currently looking for an: Outbound Logistics Leader HA

An Outbound Logistics Leader at Midea oversees the efficient flow of goods from the company's distribution centers to customers or retail locations. Responsibilities include coordinating logistics activities, monitoring deliveries, ensuring timely shipments, and tracking performance to meet delivery deadlines and operational targets. The role also involves analyzing data to improve logistics processes, enhance customer satisfaction, and support overall supply chain efficiency.

What will you do?
• Track proof of delivery (POD) recovery.
• Attend meetings at the Reciente Sur offices when required by the client.
• Schedule appointments with customers for product receipt.




• Ensure that returns resulting from rejected deliveries are entered into the system.
• Monitor and follow up on the collection of acknowledgments of receipt.
• Prepare daily indicators tracking activities at the beginning and end of the workday.
• Develop a month-end plan to ensure staff coverage outside regular working hours when necessary.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.

What are we looking for?
• 3+ years of experience in outbound logistics within a fast-paced warehouse environment, with a focus on item receipts and inventory.
• Experience developing and implementing supply chain improvements and driving productivity in logistics processes.
• 3+ years of experience in customer service.
• Intermediate-level Excel proficiency is essential, including data management and analysis using pivot tables and functions.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
