Required:
• Previous experience in a technical support role, particularly in the telecommunications or cloud communications sector, is highly desirable.
• Spoken languajes: Native Spanish, English.
• Familiarity with VoIP and cloud communication technologies (SIP, WebRTC, etc),
• Javascript knowledge.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities are essential for diagnosing and resolving customer issues efficiently.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are a must for effectively interacting with customers and colleagues.
• A customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality support
• Located in México.
