The Early Days
A program for the first people at Those Days. Years from now, the people who joined us at the beginning will look back on this time and call it those days. We’re opening two seats for them.
Those Days is an entertainment marketing company working between Barcelona and Latin America. We work with artists, brands, films and record labels across Latin America, the US and Europe. We’re a young team that lives online, picks up the newest AI tools the week they come out, and builds our own systems on top of them, which lets a small group of us run campaigns with the care and speed of a much bigger company.
What you’ll do
You’ll be inside real campaigns from your first week. Every campaign starts with a story, whether it’s a song, a film or a brand, and so does your job. You’ll look closely enough to understand what it’s really saying and who it belongs to, then work out how that feeling travels online. You’ll pitch ideas, help write proposals for artists, labels and brands, dig into what’s moving across urbano, regional Mexican, indie and pop,
find the creators and pages who can carry a campaign, and follow every piece until it’s live. You’ll use our tools every day and tell us how to make them better.
Who we’re looking for
People who notice things early, who hear a song and already picture the edit, and who can carry an idea all the way to a deadline. Your CV matters very little to us, so show us how you think instead.
Students and recent graduates are welcome. You’ll need Spanish, fluency in English and full-time hours.
The terms
Six months, remote. The first three are unpaid and spent learning how campaigns are built, sold and delivered, working directly with our founder team. The last three are paid, and the people who grow with us have a place on the team afterwards.
