Team Overview

Role Purpose:



To significantly contribute to the strategic achievement of team goals and the overall strength of KYC operations by acting as a lead operational and risk expert in processes, SOPs, and system enhancements. This role proactively identifies, analyzes, and mitigates complex risks, drives continuous improvement, and ensures team excellence through advanced coaching and quality assurance.

Role Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Contribution & Operational Expertise:

• Act as a lead KYC-AML operational expert in terms of processes and SOPs, driving continuous improvement and strategic alignment across all groups.

• Identify possible massive synthetic fraud cases during day-to-day monitoring activities and lead in-depth reviews over complex, atypical KYC cases.

• Proactively provide comprehensive feedback to Managers and Supervisors on quality trends and results, elaborating detailed reports on findings and proposing and implementin
