English Level: Advanced B2–C1 (English interview required)

We are looking for SAP SuccessFactors Specialists to join projects focused on configuration, implementation, support, and continuous improvement of Human Capital Management solutions for a major organization in the banking industry.

We currently have opportunities for professionals specialized in the following areas:

- SAP SuccessFactors – Talent & Succession Management: Talent management, succession planning, functional configuration, and HR process improvement.
- SAP SuccessFactors – Performance Management: Performance management, goal setting, functional configuration, and optimization of performance evaluation processes.
- SAP SuccessFactors – Time Off / Time Tracking: Time-off management, timesheets, time tracking, business rules, and workflow configuration.

Requirements:

- Hands-on experience configuring and supporting SAP SuccessFactors in at least one of the specialties listed above.
- Experience gathering business requirements, conducting functional analysis, and designing solutions.
- Knowledge of HR processes and integration with other SAP SuccessFactors modules.
- Experience with functional testing, incident resolution, and continuous improvement.




- Experience working with Agile methodologies and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively in an international environment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree completed; professional degree certificate is mandatory.

Experience requirements by specialization:

- Talent & Succession Management: Relevant certification or a minimum of 8 years of hands-on configuration experience.
- Performance Management: Relevant certification or a minimum of 8 years of hands-on configuration experience.
- Time Off / Time Tracking: Hands-on experience with the modules, business rule configuration, time valuation, and workflows. The role targets professionals with 4–8 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
- Configure, maintain, and optimize the relevant SAP SuccessFactors modules.
- Participate in functional testing, system upgrades, releases, and incident resolution.
- Collaborate with integral teams, business stakeholders, and technical departments.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables and compliance with internal policies and controls.
