We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP PP (Manufacturing Material Requirements Planning) consultant to join our dynamic team.
Position Overview We are looking for a seasoned SAP PP consultant with extensive experience in Manufacturing Material Requirements Planning (MRP) to contribute to our ongoing projects. The adecuado candidate will possess a deep understanding of SAP Production Planning functionalities, including Production Orders, Batch Management, and critical integrations with Extended Warehouse Management (EWM). This role requires a strategic thinker capable of designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP PP solutions to meet complex business requirements.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities Good communication and stakeholder Management
Need to work out of plants and work with business teams to support during go-lives.
Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP PP modules, focusing on MRP, production planning, and execution processes.
Translate business requirements into robust and scalable SAP PP solutions, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Configure and manage Production Orders, ensuring efficient and accurate manufacturing execution.
Implement and manage Batch Management functionalities within SAP PP to ensure traceability and quality control.
Develop and maintain integrations between SAP PP and SAP EWM modules, optimizing warehouse and production operations.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to SAP PP functionalities and integrations.
Conduct thorough testing of SAP PP configurations and enhancements, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Provide expert guidance and support to end-users,



including training and development of user documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, and IT, to ensure seamless integration of SAP PP with other modules.
Stay abreast of the latest SAP PP functionalities, best practices, and industry trends.
Participate in project planning, solution design workshops, and blueprinting sessions.
Develop functional specifications for customizations, reports, and enhancements.
Perform system audits and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Manage master data related to production planning, such as Bills of Material (BOMs), Routings, and Work Centers.
Contribute to pre-sales activities by providing expertise in SAP PP solutions.
Qualifications and Experience A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in SAP PP consulting.
Proven expertise in configuring and managing Manufacturing Material Requirements Planning (MRP) functionalities.
In-depth knowledge of Production Orders, capacity planning, and shop floor control.
Strong experience with Batch Management processes and its integration within SAP PP.
Demonstrated experience in SAP PP/EWM integration, understanding the flow of materials and information between production and warehouse management.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
SAP certificat2ons in PP are a plus.
