Job Description

What we need
The IT Program Manager is responsible for leading complex,



enterprise-wide technology programs from strategy and planning through execution, implementation, and operational transition across Brady's Intelligent Product Solutions (IPS) division.
This role provides comprehensive leadership across cross-functional technology teams, business functions, external implementation partners, and key stakeholders to drive the successful delivery of strategic IT initiatives.
Working across critical functional areas including ERP (SAP), Commercial & Customer Experience (CCEX), Digital Supply Chain, Cloud Infrastructure, and Data & Analytics, the IT Program Manager establishes program governance, roadmaps, delivery priorities, financial and resource plans, and performance metrics.
