Your Role

• Own the technical execution of marketing campaigns by building and managing customer journeys, automations, audience segmentation, and personalized communications in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

• Act as the bridge between Marketing and Data teams, collaborating closely with Campaign Operations, CDP Engineers, and business stakeholders to turn campaign requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Work extensively with data and SQL, validating audiences, troubleshooting campaign issues, managing Data Extensions, and ensuring the right customers receive the right message at the right time.

• Support critical integrations across the MarTech ecosystem, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CDPs, CRM platforms, Snowflake, APIs, and activation channels such as email and direct mail.

• Solve complex production and data challenges, investigating automation, journey, delivery, and integration issues while ensuring reliable campaign execution in a fast-paced environment.

Your Profile

• 4 years of experience in Marketing Technology, CRM, Digital Marketing Operations,



Campaign Engineering, or related technical roles.

• 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience, with the ability to independently build, deploy, support, and troubleshoot marketing campaigns without requiring foundational platform training.

• Experience working with Journey Builder and Automation Studio in production environments, to design customer journeys, decision paths, triggers, automations, schedules, imports, exports, and production workflows.

• Strong SQL experience supporting audience segmentation, campaign execution, and data validation.

• Exposure to Snowflake, CDPs, CRM integrations, or customer data platforms.

• Fluent English level, great communication skills
