Responsibilities
• Support the development and implementation of trade compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to import and export regulations
• Manage and oversee import and export documentation, including classification, licensing, and customs documentation
• Conduct internal audits and assessments to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions
• Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on trade compliance matters, including training and awareness programs
• Stay updated with changes in trade regulations and communicate the impact to the organization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve trade compliance issues and mitigate risks

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
• Experience in trade compliance, preferably in a multinational company
• Strong knowledge of import and export regulations, including customs laws, export controls, and sanctions
• Experience in managing trade compliance programs, including classification, licensing, and compliance audits
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex regulations and provide practical solutions
• Familiarity with trade compliance software and tools

• 6+ years of experience in trade compliance roles
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to ensure accurate and timely compliance
