What will you do?
The Enterprise RTR Finance Lead is responsible for leading Record-to-Report (RTR) process rationalization, simplification, harmonization, and governance at the enterprise level as part of the ERP transformation program.

This role partners closely with the ERP RTR Director, PMO Manager – Enterprise, and the RTR Global Process Owner (GPO) to design future-state RTR process models,



establish governance frameworks, and support policy and process changes as required.

The role serves as a finance and accounting transformation leader, responsible for driving RTR initiatives, managing internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring global consistency, scalability, and compliance across finance processes.

How will you do it?

• Support the enterprise finance transformation program for RTR by defining and executing a clear vision, strategy, guiding principles, scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with project leadership and key stakeholders.
• Drive key decisions through appropriate governance bodies related to project scope, dependencies, prioritization, and timing.
• Lead and contribute to the design of future-state, end-to-end RTR processes for general finance across all cycles, geographies, and reporting jurisdictions.
